Fans were ecstatic to hear that EA DICE had taken over the Star Wars Battlefront franchise. When the game finally came out in November of 2017, it was met with mixed reviews. Game critics lauded the games graphics and controls, while fans were quite upset about the lack of a single player campaign and space battles. EA has since rectified the question of space battles with the Death Star expansion, and yet fans still miss that all important single player experience. So what is EA to do about that? Well, release a sequel of course.
It has been less than one year since Star Wars: Battlefront was released, and with one more expansion to be released, the game still has more to offer gamers. With the final Expansion pack titled Rogue One, we can venture a guess that it will release in accordance with the upcoming Star Wars: Rogue One film which is set to release in December. But even with everything going on with the current game, isn’t it still to early to discuss sequels? Apparently not, considering the preorder option that has popped up on Amazons UK web page. When I saw the screenshot, I decided to do a little digging and uncovered the amazon page which can be seen HERE. According to the Amazon page, the game is available for preorder and will be released on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
